How long does delivery take?
We place each order with our supplier within 1–2 business days of payment. Most orders then arrive 7–14 business days after payment, and every order ships with tracking. The exact estimate for your cart is shown on the product page and again at checkout.
Where do the products ship from?
Orders ship directly from the warehouses of the suppliers that make or stock each item, most of them international. Import charges are paid when we place the order, so nothing is collected from you on delivery.
What does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $49 and a flat $5.95 on smaller orders, whatever the order contains. We ship to street addresses in the United States only.
Can I return something?
Yes. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we replace or refund it at no cost to you — email us a photo and your order number first.
How do I know an accessory fits my charger or car?
Each product page lists the connectors it fits — J1772, NACS (Tesla) or both — and the vehicles or chargers it is known not to fit. If your charger is not listed, email us the make and model before ordering and we will check it for you.
Which payment methods can I use?
Checkout runs on Stripe. You can pay by credit or debit card, and with Apple Pay or Google Pay on devices that support them. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers.
Charger not working at all?
A holster will not fix a charger that faults. We connect you with licensed local technicians for Level 2 installation and repair.
