Fleet roadside assistance program for businesses

One account for towing, roadside, vehicle transport and EV charger service across every location you operate. You get a single point of contact, agreed rates, and one place to see what was done and where. Your drivers call one number regardless of which state they are in.

Who this is for

Fleet operators

Delivery, service, rental and contractor fleets. A vehicle down is a route not run. What you need is a predictable rate, coverage everywhere you operate, and a driver who does not have to negotiate with a tow company on the roadside.

Dealerships and auction houses

Moving inventory between lots, delivering to buyers, collecting trade-ins, and getting non-runners off the lot. Open transport for volume, enclosed when the vehicle warrants it.

Property managers and HOAs

Abandoned and improperly parked vehicles, and EV charging equipment that has to keep working because residents are paying for it. Both need a vendor who documents what they did.

Retail and workplace sites

EV chargers in a customer or employee lot are a service you advertise. When they are down, that is a complaint queue. Preventive maintenance costs less than the calls.

What an account gives you

One number, every state

Your drivers and site managers call the same number wherever they are. We find the operator who covers that location.

Agreed rates

Rates set in advance by service and volume, so an invoice is never a surprise and a driver is never negotiating at the roadside.

EV charger uptime

Scheduled preventive maintenance and priority response for Level 2 and DC fast equipment, with the diagnostics documented.

Documentation that survives an audit

What was done, where, when, on which vehicle or asset. Necessary for cost allocation, insurance and — for federally funded charging equipment — uptime reporting.

Why an account rather than calling around

Handled ad hoc, a fleet pays retail rates at the worst possible moment, in a location where the driver has no leverage and no time to compare. The cost of that is not the individual tow. It is that nobody can forecast the line item.

An account fixes the rate before the incident, so the incident becomes an operational problem instead of a commercial negotiation.

EV charging: uptime is the whole job

A charger that is down is not a maintenance ticket, it is lost revenue, an unhappy resident or customer, and — where the equipment was federally funded — a compliance problem, because federal rules set an annual uptime floor for those ports.

Preventive maintenance is cheaper than emergency response for the same reason it is in any other equipment category: connector and cable damage, ground faults and contactor wear are visible before they become failures, if someone is looking.

Setting up an account

Tell us what you run, where you operate, and which services you need. We come back with coverage by location and rates by service and volume.

If we cannot cover a location well, we will say so rather than take the account and disappoint you there. Partial coverage stated honestly is more useful than a map that claims everything.

To open an account, email contact@intercar-group.com with your locations, vehicle count and the services you need.
