Join the network: towing partner network application

We send local towing, roadside, transport, vehicle-buying and EV charger jobs to independent operators who cover the area. You keep your own customers, your own pricing floor and your own brand. You confirm the price with the customer directly and you get paid by them for the work you do.

What working with us looks like

Jobs, not lead lists

A request that reaches you is a customer who described their problem, saw a price range and asked for someone to come. It is not a name and number sold to five companies at once.

You set the price

We publish typical ranges so customers arrive with realistic expectations. You confirm the actual number with them before you roll. If a job is not worth taking at your rate, do not take it.

You own the customer relationship

You talk to them directly, you invoice them directly, and nothing stops them calling you next time instead of us. That is fine. An operator who keeps customers is an operator worth having.

Your coverage, your hours

Tell us the area you actually cover, the equipment you actually have, and the hours you actually work. We would rather send you four jobs you can take than twenty you cannot.

What we need from you

  • Current licensing for the work you do, as your state and city require it.
  • Current commercial liability and on-hook or cargo insurance, and you keep it current.
  • Equipment that matches the jobs you accept: a flatbed for AWD and low-clearance work, the right rating for heavy-duty calls.
  • You confirm the price with the customer before you set off, and you charge what you confirmed.
  • You turn up when you said, or you call the customer before they have to call you.

How joining works

  1. Tell us about your operation

What you run, where you cover, what hours, which services. Ten minutes.

  2. We verify your licensing and insurance

We check the documents and confirm your coverage area. If something is missing we tell you exactly what, rather than going quiet.

  3. You start receiving requests in your area

Take the ones that work for you. Declining a job you cannot do well costs you nothing.

What we hold you to

Two things, and they are the two that customers actually complain about across this industry.

The first is the price. The number you confirm on the phone is the number on the invoice, unless something on site genuinely changed — the vehicle will not roll, the access is blocked, the distance was longer than described. Changing a price because the customer has no other option is the fastest way out of the network.

The second is turning up. If you are going to be late, call them. Most of what makes a bad experience is not the delay; it is not knowing.

What this is not

We are not a dispatch employer. You are an independent business and you stay one.

We are not selling you a subscription to a lead pool. If we send you nothing in a month because there was nothing in your area, you owe nothing.

We are not asking for exclusivity. Work with whoever else you work with.

Where we most need operators

We are building coverage metro by metro rather than claiming a national network we do not have. If you cover an area where we are not live yet, that is exactly who we want to hear from — early operators shape how the area gets served.

Tell us your area even if you do not see it listed. The coverage map reflects where we are today, not where we are willing to go.
