Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and of the request and estimate tools on it. By using the site, you agree to them.

If you do not agree, do not use the site. You can still reach us by email.

InterCar Group Inc. operates this website. We are an intermediary. When you submit a request, we pass it to an independent local service provider — a towing company, a roadside technician, a vehicle transport carrier, a vehicle buyer, or an EV charging equipment technician — who contacts you and performs the work.

We do not own tow trucks or carriers. We do not employ the drivers or technicians who come to you. The operator is an independent business, responsible for its own licensing, insurance, equipment, employees and workmanship.

The contract for the actual service is between you and that operator. We are not a party to it, and we do not guarantee its performance.

• We match your request with an operator covering your area.
• The operator confirms the price and the scope with you directly.
• The operator performs the work and is responsible for it.
• Disputes about the work itself are between you and the operator, though we will help you reach them.

Any price shown on this site — in a range, a table, a calculator or an estimate — is indicative. It is derived from typical market rates for that service, distance and vehicle type.

It is not an offer, and it does not bind us or any operator. The operator confirms the final price with you before they are dispatched. If the price they give you is not what you expected, you are free to decline.

Conditions found on site can change a price: a vehicle that will not roll, a vehicle in a location that needs recovery equipment, added distance, or an access restriction.

Where we or a partner make an offer to buy a vehicle, that offer is subject to inspection and to the title requirements of your state.

You are responsible for having the legal right to sell the vehicle and for completing whatever transfer or release-of-liability filing your state requires. Rules vary by state, and we cannot give you legal advice about yours — check with your state motor vehicle agency.

InterCar Group Inc. does not hold operating authority from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. We are not a motor carrier, a property broker, or a freight forwarder as those terms are defined at 49 U.S.C. § 13102.

Vehicle transport content on this site is informational. Where you submit a transport request, we pass your details to licensed carriers who contact you directly and contract with you themselves.

Give us accurate information. An address, a vehicle description or a phone number that is wrong sends an operator to the wrong place, and you may be charged for that trip.

Do not use the site to submit requests you do not intend to act on, to scrape it, or to interfere with its operation.

This site is not an emergency service. If anyone is injured, if you are in a live traffic lane, or if there is a fire or a fuel leak, call 911 first.

We cannot guarantee that an operator is available, or how quickly one will arrive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, InterCar Group Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or from work performed by an independent operator.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

The text, layout, photography and code on this site belong to InterCar Group Inc. or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish them or use them to train a model for a competing commercial service.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the effective date shown at the top.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, where InterCar Group Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Nothing here removes a protection your own state gives you as a consumer that cannot be waived by agreement. Where the two conflict, that protection applies.

This website is operated by InterCar Group Inc., a Delaware C Corporation incorporated on March 25, 2026, Delaware file number 10560607.

Legal notices and service of process go to our registered agent, Legalinc Corporate Services Inc., at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. That address is a registered agent's office: it is not a place of business, and no vehicle is received or worked on there.
